Scrolane

Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Scrolane (“the app”), operated by Adconcept OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Scrolane is

Scrolane is an educational app that shows short cards and short courses to help you learn in the time you would otherwise spend scrolling. It is for general interest and self-education. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. AI-generated content

The learning content in Scrolane is generated by artificial intelligence from reference sources and passed through automated fact- and quality-checks. We work hard to keep it accurate, but automated content can still contain mistakes. Please use your own judgment, and use the “report an issue” button on any card so we can review and improve it.

3. Your account

Scrolane creates an anonymous account for you automatically; no sign-up is required. You are responsible for how the app is used on your device. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape its content, or use it in a way that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.

4. Subscriptions and billing

5. Free use

Without a subscription, the app offers a limited number of cards per day and does not include courses. These limits may change as we improve the product.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Adconcept OÜ or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own learning. Content you create in the app (your notes) remains yours; sharing images generated by the app is encouraged for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app running well, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adconcept OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or for decisions you make based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Scrolane at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
